1. Booking & Confirmation
By making a booking with tilly knight hair, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Bookings are automatically confirmed when you complete the booking process. I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my business policy, in which case you'll be notified as soon as possible.
2. Consultation Forms & Health Requirements
Some services require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. You'll be asked to provide this information during the booking process or before your first visit.
For your safety, a skin test is required 48 hours before any colour service. This is non-negotiable and helps protect you from potential allergic reactions. If you haven't had a skin test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment, I won't be able to proceed with the service.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in you being charged for the full appointment or being unable to book future appointments.
If you don't show up for your appointment without any notice, this may affect your ability to book with me in the future.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept payment by card or cash.
Prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, or the complexity of the service required. If this applies to you, I'll discuss the final price with you before starting your service.
5. Refunds
I take pride in delivering high-quality hair services and want you to be happy with the results.
If you're unhappy with your service, please let me know immediately so we can discuss the situation. Each case is reviewed individually, and I'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
Refunds are not automatically given for completed services, but I'm committed to making things right where possible.
6. Your Responsibilities
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduled appointment.
Please let me know about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that might affect your service.
Be honest about your hair history, including previous treatments, as this helps me give you the best results and avoid damage.
7. My Responsibilities
I'll provide professional hair services in a clean and safe environment.
I'll treat your personal information confidentially and only use it for providing your hair services.
8. Liability
I have appropriate insurance to cover my services.
I'm not responsible for any reaction or damage that occurs if you haven't disclosed relevant information about your hair history, medical conditions, or allergies.
I'm not liable if you don't follow aftercare advice provided after your service.
9. Changes to Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the update.
By continuing to book appointments with me, you agree to the most current version of these terms.
